Q: How much “hands on” training do you provide?

A: Each module consists of approximately 2 hours of training. There is a total of 16 hours of  “hands on” training. In addition the module training I provide a weekly 1 hour call usually on Fridays for a total of 8 hours of Q&A. Each member also has the option to spend 1 hour personally with me on a coaching or consulting call.

Total “hands on” live training for the program is 25 hours.

Q: Do you offer the Bankcard Boot Camp Live onsite?

A: Yes. We do have an onsite program for ISOs and groups of new hires. It consists of 2.5 days of training. Please contact me personally for details: marcb@bankcardbootcamp.com

Q: I’m new to the business I can’t seem to find an ISO that wants to train me or the training is not sufficient.

A: Unfortunately many ISOs, especially the larger ones are focusing on recruiting experienced bankcard reps and don’t have a new agent training program. It’s just a business decision on their part, many times new agents require so much support and hand holding that it just doesn’t make financial sense for an ISO to spend the time and resource to train them.

Q: Why not just get trained by my ISO?

A: You will definitely need to be trained by your ISO. But in most cases the ISO training is specific to their business. Their products, their paperwork, their programs only. With the Bankcard Boot Camp you receive a comprehensive understanding from an unbiased source of the entire industry and all the products and strategies available to you, not just a single companies material. This gives you the power to really understand all the working parts of the business.

I will share with you strategies and tactics that are working for other agents in the marketplace. You will have all the information at your fingertips so you can make a more informed decision on how you want to grow your business.

Q: Will my ISO recognize the Bankcard Boot Camp training program?

A: We are in the process of making the Bankcard Boot Camp available to several large ISOs within the industry. Our goal is to provide a comprehensive training program that will be recognized throughout the industry. For new people it will be especially helpful convincing an ISO that you are ready to hit the ground running when they contract you.

We are also going to be offering this training as a tool for larger ISOs to recommend to new agents that may not have acquired the skill level that feel they need to be a success.

Q: Do you recommend a specific ISO to work with?

A: We do not make ISO recommendations during the training program there are many excellent ISO’s to work for in the industry. Your ISO selection depends on many factors, your experience, your selling strategy, product mix, support requirements, long-term business plan, portfolio exit strategy etc.

I will cover some generalities of what I consider to be minimum requirements that any ISO should meet in order for you to work with them.

Q: What is the first thing I should do after registering?

A: You will receive email instructions. But I always recommend having completed the Life Design Workshop prior to the training.

Q: How does the payment plan work?

A: The 2 payment plan works like this. On your initial signup you will be charged for the 1st half of the training, in 30 days the same card number will be billed the 2nd half.

Q: What is your refund policy?

A: You can cancel and receive a full refund within 30 days of your purchase.

Q: I have people I can refer to the Bankcard Boot Camp do you have an affiliate or partner program?

A: YES. Partners receive 15% for each Boot Camp Referral or $105.00. In addition to a level one referral if your referrals send someone to attend the boot camp you will receive an additional 5% from their enlistment or $35.00.

Q: I’m an ISO and usually turn away new agents with no experience can I recommend them to your program?

A: YES. We would be happy to work with you on a custom training program incorporating your specific material or refer them back to you after they have completed the boot camp for you own internal agent training.

Q: I’m considering building a large sales organization, I need help with the entire process of setting up a company, do you offer consulting?

Q: What if I can’t attend training one week?

A: All calls are recorded, you will be able to download the mp3 of each session and listen to at your leisure.

Q: How fast will I receive the course materials after registering?

A: Each week you will be emailed or directed to a download site to pick up that weeks material and supporting documentation. You will be able to access your free gifts shortly after registering.

Q: What is an accountability partner?

A: An accountability partner is a person that you can invite to attend training each week and work through each module. Some owners invite a sales manager, spouse or partner to attend. It’s totally up to you.
